Why Not Have Students Make the Quizzes?

Students can create quizzes with Google Forms, and by turning on the quiz features, they can add their own feedback to answers. Students gain knowledge from a different perspective because, as many of us know, creating a respectable quiz isn't an easy task! This is also a clever way to flip teaching and learning.

Google is Rolling out its Gmail Redesign - with Snooze!

Brought to you by:

Google is planning to launch its redesigned Gmail in the coming weeks.

Here are a couple of the new features:

1. Smart replies on the web-the same feature from mobile Gmail that provides suggestions to quickly reply to emails.

2. Snooze feature-lets you temporarily remove emails from your inbox until
a certain time, so you can avoid certain email threads until you’re ready to reply.

Google Tour Builder: A Virtual Reality

Google Tour Builder for Any Subject
Session brought to you by: Eric Curts

Google's Tour Builder is an easy to use but powerful tool for students to create virtual tours, including locations, images, videos, descriptions, hyperlinks, and more. These tours can be used in any subject area such as retelling the events from a novel, tracing the locations of a historical event, visiting different biomes or landforms around the world, and more. Tours can be viewed by others in Tour Builder, or even imported into Google Earth for a full 3D experience.
